I have used Pawfect poop removal for over 1.5 years now. They come every week to service my backyard. They take pictures and if there is ever a problem, they take care of it immediately. We have been using Pawfect Poop Removal for a few months now and we love it! We have three dogs (so A LOT of poop!) and initially started with the biweekly cleaning. We were so impressed that after a couple of cleanings we decided to move up to weekly cleanings. Pros: Their communication is top-notch. They are quick to reply to emails answering any questions and are flexible with any schedule changes. On service days, they email and text with a time frame, name of employee, and a link to track everything ahead of the service. Once complete you get another notification with photos showing everything they cleaned and any irregular findings (if any). They haul away the poop so you dont have to leave it in your trash to smell until trash day. They are reliable and show up on time. They have only rescheduled one time and the weather was really bad so it was understandable. Convenience. This is the most efficiently run business I have ever seen. I get my scooper tracked like I’m ordering dominoes, and then I get photos after including locked gates and if they see any poo health related issues to be concerned about. Really good rates, will continue to use. Absolutely the best service. Wish other companies were like this.
