No. You will sign a “service agreement” which allows us to enter your backyard.  It also states that the customer can cancel service at any time with as little as 48 hours’ notice.

No. Please make sure your pets are indoors until the service is complete. 

The service price varies depending on the number of pets, size of yard, and how often you would like us to service your yard. Please visit the services page for more information on pricing. 

No. We will service your yard as long as we can access your yard and if your pet is inside the house. If your gate is locked and no one is home to let us in, we will charge for the service that could not be completed. 

You must cancel or reschedule a service 48 hours before your scheduled service. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours, you may still incur charges for that service. 

The 48-hour cancellation policy allows us to effectively manage our resources and schedule. It gives us adequate time to adjust our plans and potentially fill the spot with another customer if necessary.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and uphold the commitments made to both our customers and our service providers. However, we encourage you to reach out to us if you encounter exceptional circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Yes. We will let you know after the first visit if you have an oversized yard. Please visit the service page to learn more about pricing.

We will work during light rain, but not during heavy rainfall or thunderstorms. No refunds are issued due to inclement weather.  We will have more poop to scoop on your next scheduled visit or service your yard on the next available day, if our schedule permits.
