Terms of Service

Day of Service

Customers are responsible for ensuring access into the yard.  Our technicians will not climb or jump fences to perform services. If we are unable to enter your yard, your service for that day will be cancelled and you will be charged for the service visit.

Lawn

Please ensure your yard is maintained and free of clutter, overgrown grass, or other obstructions that may prevent the technicians from performing their duties.  Pawfect Poop Removal is not responsible for missed pet waste if such conditions exist. 

Dogs

We love dogs! However, we will not provide service if dogs are in the yard. If pets are in the yard at arrival, and you are not home to bring them inside, we will fail the service. You will still be charged for the service visit.

Weather

Our technicians will not perform services during torrential downpour. We will try to reschedule service for the next available day. If we are unable to service you the next day, we will still charge you for service and complete the service on your next schedule service day. We understand we will have twice as much dog poop to clean up.

Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with that day’s scheduled service, please let us know. We will either come back to service your yard again or credit that day’s service. 

How we charge for service

We set up service with a credit card for automatic billing. Your card is set up on file securely and is charged and billed every four weeks. 

Contracts

Pawfect Poop Removal do not have contracts for a residential service. You will need to check the Terms of Service box at sign up so our technicians can enter your yard to perform services.

Holidays

We do not work on Christmas Day or Thanksgiving Day.  If your service day falls on a holiday, we will service the day before or after the holiday.

Canceling or Rescheduling Service

If service is no longer needed or you need to reschedule, please notify Pawfect Poop Removal 48 hours before your scheduled service.  If you cancel or reschedule a service less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you may still incur charges for that service. 

Liability

Pawfect Poop Removal assumes no liabilities for damage to yards, gates, pets or properties. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities. 

Service Agreement

A service agreement will be emailed to customers before services are performed.  It will include details on services, dates, estimated window of time, estimated cost and contact information. Pawfect Poop Removal has the right to adjust schedules based on service route changes. Customers will be notified by email of any changes in service times, dates or prices. 

Pet Liability Disclaimer

By using the services of Pawfect Poop Removal, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the customer (“Client”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding pet-related risks, including but not limited to dog bites and other injuries:

  1. Client Responsibility for Pet Behavior
    • The Client is solely responsible for the behavior and actions of their pets while our employees or representatives are on their property.
    • The Client agrees to secure all pets in a manner that ensures the safety of our employees, including preventing bites, scratches, or other injuries.
    • If a pet is known to be aggressive or territorial, the Client must notify the Company before service is performed.
  1. Assumption of Risk
  • The Client understands that animals can be unpredictable, and Pawfect Poop Removal, LLC employees may be exposed to potential risks while providing services.
  • If an employee encounters an aggressive pet, they reserve the right to refuse service for that visit, and the Client may still be charged for the scheduled service.
  1. Indemnification & Liability Release
  • The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pawfect Poop Removal, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, injuries, or legal actions resulting from pet-related incidents on the Client’s property.
  • If an employee is injured by a pet on the Client’s property, the Client may be held liable for damages beyond what is covered by workers’ compensation, including but not limited to medical expenses, lost wages, and legal fees.
  1. Insurance & Claims
  • Pawfect Poop Removal, LLC provides workers’ compensation coverage for its employees in the event of a workplace injury.
  • In cases of severe injury, additional legal claims may be pursued against the pet owner or their homeowner’s insurance.
  • The Client is responsible for carrying appropriate liability insurance for their pets.

By scheduling and using Pawfect Poop Removal, LLC services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Pawfect Poop Removal, established in 2021, services the San Antonio-Austin metropolitan area. We service residential, parks, HOA playgrounds and commercial areas to include apartment complexes. Our Pooper Scoopers are here and ready to help you get your outside space all clean and smelling fresh!

Our pet waste technicians pick up poop so that you don’t have to. We leave your yard poop free and provide a poop report of what we found (normal bowel movement, diarrhea, constipation, worms, or any abnormalities). We provide the “Pawfect” service to our pet lovers so that their furry family members have a clean yard to enjoy.
